Can Rosemary Make a Great Study Buddy?
Rosemary herbs or essential oils have been known to make a great study buddy. Whether it's back to school time or you're trying to brush up on a bit of information you haven't read in a while, rosemary can possibly help.

Power sessions at work or in a study session in the library, you can often benefit from the use of rosemary. Rosemary has been known to improve mental clarity, strengthen the nervous system, help with mood swings and with stressful conditions.

The fragrance of the essential oil is strong. Classified as a Yang oil, it provides support when you you feel sluggish or have mental fatigue.

Study Buddy Recipes

To enhance mental clarity, memory and the ability to stay awake:

Blend:

6 drops of Rosemary essential oil
3 drops of Peppermint essential oil
3 drops of Lemon or Grapefruit essential oil
2 drops of Cypress, Basil or Cedarwood essential oil

After you've created your blend of oils in a 2 oz bottle, add 1 oz of distilled water to the bottle. Why not a 1 oz bottle? Your oils will fill the bottom. Adding 1 oz of distilled water will bring it close to the brim. Adding the mister with stem into the water will cause it to rise and possibly overflow. A 2 oz bottle will give you room enough to accommodate all the liquids and mister cap with stem.
